If you are seriously going to be in Beijing in 23, we should get together for dinner and a few beers. Maybe even some Baijiu (Chinese firewater). You got to have the real experience.
So weird. I'm reading a book and a guy goes into a bar in LA's Chinatown and has Baijiu which I never heard of before and just looked up online like an hour ago to see what it was. Sounds pretty potent.
Add balut for a great evening.[Image: giphy.gif]
Jeezus. I looked that up too. My god those people will eat anything. I will never go to China. Commie and Islamic countries are off the bucket list completely.

Baijiu ranges from 46 - 67 ABV. Knocks me out. It sneaks up on you, youâ€re having a great time, and then, boom, you drop.

Balut is a Filipino thing.

Baijiu is the Chinese version of 'scud juice'.
The America, and the American Military, that you once knew is gone.
