Don't see how they avoid excommunicating frauds like her and others.

Well this is a type of excommunication. Denying the Eucharist is serious. Itâ€s the biggest  reason to attend mass.  Sharing the body and blood every mass is the most important thing. Daily or weekly…itâ€s what I have missed the most during my sabbatical. Short of an ecclesiastical court, this is very much a medicinal punishment.

This is true, it is serious for those who believe in transubstantiation.

Next to the divinity of the trinity, I canâ€t imagine a more important belief if youâ€re Catholic.

Right, we don't know and it's doubtful that the pastor knows the confession status of any meaningful part of his congregation. I don't know this for a fact, but I highly doubt that Jesus would deny communion to somebody for not confessing their sins. Certainly he didn't at the last supper.

It is as much to protect her from herself as a punishment.  Taking the Sacrament in such cavalier fashion with no sense of contrition or repentance makes her an unworthy communicant and more sinful.  As Blinky noted, she doesn't care anyway and her participation is more for show and a complete farce.

He will rot in Hell for what he has supported during his time.  He is rumored to be stepping down maybe later this year and has taken a page out of the Democratic Playbook . Out of the 115 or so Bishops who vote on his replacement he has appointed around 87 of them guaranteeing his successor will follow along with his Liberal " Christian" beliefs. Further dragging down the Catholic Church .
