Didn't he still lead the league in most of the major categories? Â
That playoff game they lost to the Rams was weird. They just looked completely flat. Then the Rams realized they were playing Brady and started pizzing down their legs, and the Bucs *somehow* could have won that game at the end. Â
IMO I think Brady saw/felt the same performance. A guy wants to go out swinging. Win or lose, that team performance wasn't a great way to end it.
He is still successful because he is so smart and knows everything going on, on the field. But he can't make the passes he did a few years ago. Declines like this happen slowly but the difference between the very best quarterbacks and guys we consider average is not all that much. I look at some of these young guys and their arms and they can do things Brady just can't do now.

One bad mishap can totally screw your retirement life as far a physical. Busted knee/ankle. They have over 250 million in the bank . Why risk it.
I have one word for you: Exoskeleton
I was at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston with a client a few years ago, some of the research they are doing is mind-blowing. With the coming of Regenerative Medicine and Robotics, as long as your innards work, I think you could be mobile until your 120.

It's getting more difficult for him. But personally I can't make the passes either apparently, seems like hundreds of girls have rejected my advances over the years.

Gisele and Brady have well over $250M. They are pushing a cool bil.
