I admire that the good guy took down the bad guy, but I fear the NY Prosecutor's office will have the bad guy back on the streets before tomorrow.Â
There is a huge disconnect between the the police and the other three components of the system, the prosecutors, judiciary and lawmakers.

There is a huge disconnect between the the police and the other three components of the system, the prosecutors, judiciary and lawmakers. Cops don't get voted into power, but the other 3 segments do and with the idiots in these blue strongholds, they get elected until death.

He needed to understand that Asians are particularly good with knives. I hope the shopkeeper isn't now arrested. My opinion is that he did the right thing, but far too many DA's are friends of thieves.

In that part of Vegas it was probably a Mexican, but it could have been a White meth head. Certainly no shortage of them.

The shoulder blade stabs didn't phase him, but that 90 degree stab to the hip at the 5 second mark was clearly when he realized what was going on. Bad time to be trapped behind the counter.

As much as I hate saying it the store clerk is going to jail. I didn't see that the perp tried to harm the clerk in any way. Hopefully the perp had some kind of weapon on him.

Excellent point UNC, I hope he doesn't, but if he is charged I think he could make an argument that he feared for his life.
