Pennsylvania man arrested, charged after slapping Biden 'I Did That' stickers on gas pumps
The stickers blaming Biden for skyrocketing gas prices have popped up at gas pumps nationwide
A man was criminally charged last week following his arrest in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, after affixing satirical stickers of President Biden onto the gas pumps at a local Turkey Hill gas station.
Thomas Richard Glazewski of Manor Township was charged last week with a misdemeanor of resisting arrest, according to Lancaster Online. He was also charged with summary offenses of disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief.
Glazewski screamed, "I did that. I did that. That's what I did," while pointing to the Biden stickers, according to footage posted on Facebook that recorded the March 31 arrest, which has been shared more than 3,000 times as of Monday.
Police tackled him in the parking lot of the gas station and he suffered from "self-inflicted injuries" that necessitated EMS to take him the hospital, according to charging documents.
A Turkey Hill employee told police that Glazewski sprayed the stickers with something to make them more difficult to remove, charging documents also said.
Glazewski is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 26 before District Judge Brian Chudzik.
The stickers blaming Biden for skyrocketing gas prices have popped up at gas pumps nationwide. A 100-pack of such stickers runs from $10 to $13 on Amazon.
Javier Estrada Ovalles, who has been selling the stickers online and at his physical store in El Monte, California, said the requests for such stickers have risen from 20 or 30 orders per day to 80 order per day during the past month, according to Slate.

I saw one the other day, I just took it off. The owners of the store donâ€t want to be political…it possibly could be the crime of vandalism.

Those types of crime are rarely being prosecuted now, but we lock up a guy who put up a sticker about as innocuous as a pokemon sticker a 6 year old might have.

When I made decals, the best way to make them difficult to remove was to cut it into little tiny squares with an exacto knife, and then use transfer tape in order to get it from the liner to the surface. The sticker looks completely intact until they try to remove it, at which point only one little tiny square comes up at a time. They'll be picking at it for hours before finally giving up.
There was also this substrate used for warranty labels where if you try to remove it it leaves behind one helluva mess with the word "void" all through it. I put a sticker like that on the rental office warning prospective renters to look elsewhere, and I also did the "cutting it into squares" trick. The resulting mess was permanently part of the door after that.

Its petty and is vandalism.
Im guessing the board would feel different if it was disparaging trump.
Not sure he needed tackled, and I'd like to see a suspended sentence if he stops doing it.
People just need to quit being stupid. Would solve a lot of issues.
But I do agree that many of Bides policies have caused this to happen, or created an environment where it was more likely.

You mean “street art It†s all foolish. I simply know the owner and she is the least political person. She cares only about Green. Red and blue are not good business.

Here in Oregon we can't pump our own gas*...most stations employ a bunch of scabby, toothless meth addicts.
That said, the owners of the stations are putting these stickers on their own pumps, they don't need a customer to "vandalize" their equipment.
*we can pump our own diesel, just not unleaded fuel.

*we can pump our own diesel, just not unleaded fuel. That is such a stupid law. One of the NE states is like that too. I jumped out to pump my gas and some dude yelled at me that it was illegal. Huh? Â Idiots making laws
