You make an interesting point about DeSantis….I can see that.
Not Mike Pence, that much is for sure. It’ll have to be someone Trump hasn’t already dumped on, so not Cruz or Paul. Someone private sector….maybe. Pompeo is a possibility, but doesn’t bring a ton of name recognition. Not that Trump needs it.
Sooner may be on it with Ye or some other celeb. Of course they’d try to steal the limelight, which wouldn’t work in Trumpworld….which is why Pence was so good…..

James Woods should be his nominee. Recognizable as an actor and a genius. Also, he likes Trump, so that's a positive I guess.

Tim Scott could be an interesting choice. He could go into black communities and hammer the Democrats on their 50+ years of destroying black communities, although I'm not sure that he has the personality to be an effective campaigner.
