Seems they want to do the right thing and straighten out the city.   But some can't admit that there are good people of all color.  Oh, well.

Baltimore is 70% black and is a total and complete clusterf**k of crime, poverty, drugs, violence, misery and chaos, just like nearly every other predominantly black city.  In 2016, one corrupt black mayor left and the idiots there promptly elected another corrupt black to take her place.  Chances are the next Baltimore mayor will also be a corrupt, incompetent black.  Its just like Detroit and many other predominantly blacks cities.  The people there are completely incapable of self government.  You think just because the city council wants to get rid of the latest embarrassment, that erases the rest of the mess there?  You guys are amazing.

What I think it shows is they want to correct problems and do away with people such as her and move forward.  You are not willing to give them credit?  Ok.
