Fox Cancels Lou Dobbs.
#25
If a news outlet reports what others SAY, they are covered, completely.

If they go off on a tirade with no basis, they can be in trouble, as we see here.

The news media can generally lie all they want about public figures and they obviously do to suit their agendas.  That is why Trump would not successfully be able to sue them while someone like Nick Sandmann can get millions.

Repeated here in the Nuthouse, often. Thatâ€s such a touchy - feely thing to say. He (and you guys) just knows, without any proof, that something was wrong.

Just imagine what would have happened if just ONE lawsuit was allowed to go to trial.  JUST ONE.  Oh, you can't because they weren't allowed.  The swamp finally won and the last coup finally worked.  Enjoy the world you've brought your children and grandchildren.  I hope you have a nice long life so you can see it personally.

Trump's lawsuits weren't about voter fraud.  They were questioning government procedure as it relates to changes in voting laws in some states.  When Trump's lawyers were given a chance to present their case in Wisconsin, they fell flat in their faces.

Not just Wisconsin. Many suits were simply filed for filing sake. The attorneys when asked to present evidence and put their career on the line wisely withdrew.

I'm sorry, how many sworn statements were presented to a jury?  How many independent examinations were done examining the actual votes, signatures, voting roles and the voting machines?  The swamp won.  Rejoice.  Your side won.  Filibuster gone, packed courts, open boarders, college bills forgiven (except mine), free medical, free college, national mail-in voting and one side government.  Enjoy your utopia.

Edit: Trying to take guns away (either by confiscation or trying to tax the away or whatever) will be a final straw for many people and will not go unchallenged.

Incidentally, Dobbs may still be employed by Fox. Or not.

They may be applying pressure on him to go on air and recant his claims.

Dobbs is still under contract with Fox but I doubt he will be going back on the air.  They want to get back to catering to the GOP establishment on things like immigration and Dobbs clearly doesn't fit into that.

How many judges asked for those only to have the cases redrawn?

You donâ€t know me. I hate the your side my side argument. Itâ€s ignorant in its nature. I have said before the need to protect the filibuster, even if itâ€s great in was nefarious at best.

Iâ€m not fir any kind of confiscation. But I do love usage taxes.

What is the most clear cut sworn statement made by anyone that has no alternative explanation?
