Correct.  I said at least twice that IF Blake turned toward the cops after reaching into his car, I wouldn't have an issue shooting him.  People who watched the above video of the guy in the red truck will say "But, but, but....if you wait until he turns, it's too late, you f*cking moron!!  Didn't you watch the video???", which would be true IF your gun was still holstered, which was the case of the cop in the video UNC posted.  The cop who shot Blake had his gun unholstered and aimed directly at Blake.

explain what?  I believe that Blake could have turned and shot the cop while being shot.  It's happened many times.

We can agree to disagree.  When I watch the video that UNC posted, I see two people basically drawing guns and firing.  If the cop in the video already had his gun drawn and aimed and started firing as soon as the guy starts turning, I suspect the cops gets 4+ shots off before the guy in the red truck even gets his hand up.

Truck or Cars are used as Weapons everyday worldwide. You want to let a guy they already know has a violent background and warrants for his arrest get behind the wheel of a 2,000 pound automobile ? At that point i take the truck in a win over 2-3 Police Officers standing in or near the street .

I can't even believe he was charged even without that evidence. He was running away and only shot people who attacked him. He would've ended up like that guy in Seattle or worse. He was lucky to hit the guy with the gun.
