Apparently Mueller told Barr three weeks ago he would not make a determination as to the obstruction part of the investigation. Also people saying Barr is Trump stooge forget to mention that Rid Rosenstein had been briefed and kept up with Mueller's investigation since day one. He agreed there was no evidence of collusion and also agreed with Barr on the obstruction. Easy call.

There is no way Barr and Rosenstein would write the summary they did if the Mueller report said something very different. It's absurd to think they would, but absurdity prevails when logic and truth don't.
