The Transmission needs to be held or braced when opening it up , thatâ€s my guess
It appears like they did not compensate for the uneven weight distribution of a flat bed truck.

Arkansas State wide receiver Booker Mays played dead on a fake punt last Saturday against Miami. (FoxSports.com screen grab)
Redd Foxx has apparently been reincarnated as a member of the Arkansas State football team.
As Foxx's famed Fred Sanford character did so many times, Red Wolves sophomore wide receiver Booker Mays faked a heart attack during a fake punt in Saturday's 41-20 loss against Miami. Just before the snap, he grabbed his chest and fell backwards in true "Nestea Plunge" fashion.
On Tuesday, Arkansas State head coach Blake Anderson told NFL.com's Chase Goodbread that Mays' "fake heart attack" was a designed play. Anderson was offensive coordinator at North Carolina last year, when the Tar Heels' entire team played a "fainting goat" prank on quarterback Bryn Renner one day in practice.
Anderson decided to employ the "strategy" in a game:
"Because of the formation we were in for that fake punt, Booker was covered up and couldn't go downfield, or it would be a penalty," Anderson told Goodbread. "So we said, 'What do we want to do with him? Do we want to bubble him or peel him out?' Someone said let's just let him be a fainting goat. I loved it, so we just put that in. His job on that play was basically to not get a penalty by going downfield, because the fake was on the backside of the play. These kids have had five head coaches in five years, so we try to let them have fun."
