That is for the court to decide. The officer is not a part of the court but is an arm of the executive branch to enforce law.  He was enforcing law. You seem to not understand this. The law says you are NOT to harm others.  IF you do so you are subject to being stopped from continuing that and arrest may involve force. My God, you can't be this stupid.
