People have been shamed or scared into silence or inactivity. I don't hang around pickle smoochers, but if this clown tried this with me I would have snapped that finger off then shove in to one of his eyes. This way when he wakes up each morning he's reminded he 'F' with the wrong dude.

I'd also sue him for felonious assault, assault, and sexual assault. Possibly, assault with a deadly weapon depending on is HIV lab results. Not to forget Hep C lab results.

He would have to have HIV to be charged. This is why I posted about waiting on his HIV lab results. Hep C is more probable.

These are the situation/acts that street justice are better. Courts would be used to make it look like it was a defense reaction. No mistaking this on the streets.

The dude had some really goofy comments, but where I do agree with him is that if this were a woman involved instead?  Wait, let me rephrase that.  If Lemon were a heterosexual Fox News anchor and this was a woman?
