Sousa may sit the rest of the season.
Picking up a chair to hit someone is considered using a weapon I'd assume.

I was watching that game with my Dad, it was brutal. I will never forget this. There should have been criminal charges, and the Big Ten just slapped Minnesota on the wrist. Musselman never apologized. I don†t hate many people in life but I still hate him to this day.

To this day other than Kermit Washington breaking Rudy T. jaw with that nasty sucker punch its still the worst thing I ever witnessed .Â
i even hated his son.

To show what type of person sucker punches somebody.Â
In August 1994, Washington accompanied a team of doctors and nurses on a humanitarian mission to Goma, Zaire, working in a refugee camp for people fleeing the Rwandan Civil War. "It was a sad, sad sight", Washington later recalled, "a sight I'll never forget."
On May 25, 2016, Washington was indicted for allegedly embezzling roughly $500,000 meant for children in Africa. On December 4, 2017, he pled guilty to three counts: one of aggravated identity theft, and two of making a false statement in a tax return. Washington used the charity to launder money he received as kickbacks. Washington, as a regional representative for the National Basketball Players Association, referred NBA players to San Diego attorney Ronald Mix, who then made donations to the charity, but were actually illegal referral payments. Washington then withdrew this money for personal spending. Washington failed to report this money as income on his tax return. In July 2018, he was sentenced to six years in federal prison for charity fraud.
