No one can justify ANY relations with a subordinate MALE or FEMALE student at all. None. The can of worms you open and the issues you have are enormous.
Legally or morally it's wrong. Teachers are employed to teach morals, act in professional manner, and TEACH, period, not have relations.  This is the same with Dr and patients or lawyers and clients. This is how you lose a professional license.
