Fox News announced CNN is running a story saying a FBI official is under criminal investigation for allegedly altering documents related to Carter Page surveillance. Believed to have altered the FISA warrant

Looks like CNN is trying to get ahead of an actual bombshell story to maybe do some damage control.  Looks like even Geraldo thinks this story is the real deal and will put an end to the Impeachment??  Appears to maybe touch on how this FBI official's effort with the whole Russian story might tie into Ukraine (great leap, I know).

This is effffing huge.  If it weren't for someone pursuing this the media could have just continued to downplay this as just yet another "conspiracy theory."  Apparently Horowitz actually did do something in his report.  Now that the MSM is reporting this (self preservation or not) we are actually now approaching the beginning of the end.  The beginning of the end for the real colluders and conspirators (hopefully)

You mean like NPR? All I heard NPR say during the Russian Collusion was guilty, but not a peep when Mueller's report ended in poof. Now, it's shouting 'conspiracy theories' on Ukraine and Biden.

I admit I once fell in line with that *****.  After all it was all about getting the terrorists.  Those good intentions lasted what, through the end of one presidency and then died into the following one.  We Americans can sure be a trusting naive bunch.  Those days are now going by the wayside.

I admit I once fell in line with that *****.  After all it was all about getting the terrorists.  Those good intentions lasted what, through the end of one presidency and then died into the following one.  We Americans can sure be a trusting naive bunch.  Those days are now going by the wayside.

I see a value in the FISA court.  Again the assumption is with people who are respectful of their authority.  I will say this again.  After 911 John Ashcroft was given an enormous amount of power and to our knowledge the only person they used it on was a domestic Muslim terrorist who was plotting the NYC van bombing (I do not recall his name) but he made a splash in jail demanding newer Korans.

This wouldn't be the work of a Comey, Rosenstein or McCabe, correct?  I would think something like this would be more along the lines/level of a Strozk or Page

This wouldn't be the work of a Comey, Rosenstein or McCabe, correct?  I would think something like this would be more along the lines/level of a Strozk or Page

Ignoring that fact that it's wrong for the government to collect all the data it does, I think we may find that the little bit of good didn't even last through the end of one presidency.  I bet misuse and abuse started much sooner.

Horowitz did his job. He managed to put the blame on a low level 'FIB' employee that was already booted from the agency. Those happy to hear this news are McCabe, Comey, Page, Strzok, Baker, Rosenstein.

Conclusion: Scapegoat.
