I wonder how Roberts will somehow rewrite this into a tax...

One of the scariest cases of my lifetime, one that may push the limits of judicial power beyond what any American should accept.
Let me simplify it for these moronic judges, so they can decide similar future cases. 1. President #1 issues an executive order deciding to [fill in the blank]. 2. Prsudent #2 decides to rescind the executive order to [fill in the blank]. Judge: President #2 is allowed to do that. Pretty simple, huh? With each passing President the Executive has been getting more power. You have every right to be worried about #2. Ozero admitted he had no authority to create DACA but did it anyway, daring congress to say otherwise. He, nor anybody else, expected Trump to win. Trump wants to end the EO of Ozero but the lower courts tell him to go pound sand. The SCOTUS will decide one way or the other which will allow Trump to end DACA with a decision from SCOTUS or simply with a stroke of a pen. For the sake of future US citizens it better be because SCOTUS struck down DACA.

Congress has yielded far too much power to both the courts and to the Exec branch.....they've done this for political expediency so as to not place them in the firing line for having to come up with real world solutions for jobs, entitlement spending, debt reduction, immigration and other sensitive issues.

Yup. It's easier to blame Trump when things don't go the way congress liked and easier to praise Ozero when EO's are used to create laws. Nobody takes the blame or they vote present when forced to take a stance. That checks and balances thing is a talking point for politicians seeking votes.

“If the [judges] make a decision, it would have a huge impact,†said John Miano, a lawyer who is seeking to end two of the many work-permit programs. Prior presidents created the two programs, which allow U.S. companies and Indian managers in the United States to annually hire roughly 150,000 Indians for technology jobs sought by American graduates.
The new DOJ language threatens the many administration programs, which award more than one million work permits each year to foreigners. If the court strikes down those programs, it will open up many technology jobs to the American graduates who are now locked out by managers†favoritism for Indian workers.

Indian managers are really into diversity when considering their hiring.

Clearly Dems haven't cornered the market on being tone deaf.

Beastdog boils it down correctly. If POTUS one can issue an EO then POTUS two should be able to rescind that EO without any interference. Doubly so if the initial EO wouldn't pass Constitutional muster. Which POTUS one essentially admitted it wouldn't. If they find anything else we are essentially under a SCOTUS dictatorship.
