Clearly, I can't keep track of everyone's views on use of police force. There are posters here that believe that any kind resistance opens the door for an ass kicking. So, I'm going to assume you have a similarly low requirement for a police ass kicking. That's the issue. Too many People, for some reason, have lower standards for government employees in fancy outfits.

Do I want it to end? Of course. The sooner people realize, for example, that it's not okay for one person to punch another person in the face for not 'getting back', the better off we will all be.

Just more apple to oranges troll BS. Subway fares are collected to pay for the services offered. People that avoid paying the fare should probably be charged with theft of services. People ride a bike without a light, jaywalk or walk their dog off the leash aren't taking money out of anybody's pocket.
