Wink
they were just reviewing a play where Danielson was convinced it wasnâ€t a catch by Georgia.  I thought it was.  Even the rules guy sided with Danielson as a no catch.  The replay refs agreed with me.

Guy catches the ball, it then (the tip) hits the ground (so what if he has it under control) and Danielson harps on that point.  Then the guy rolls on his back with the ball, loses control but then corrals it while it never then hit the ground.  Catch.  But Danielson and the replay commentator dude act like Georgia got away with one there.  Theyâ€re adamant about it, but I thought if you broke it down section by section it was clearly a catch.  Who cares if you lose control of it while you are laying on your back.  You still have it and it didnâ€t then touch the ground.

Any of you guys see that?

Replay agreed with me, so it couldnâ€t have been a clear non catch.  Break it down frame by frame.  A catch.  IMO a Slam dunk.  Danielson oversold the ball hitting the ground.  So what, he had control, then brought it into his chest while lying on his back, then lost control.  Then he regained control and the ball then never touched the ground anyway.  I think Danielson got fooled, then doubled down after overselling it.

Anyway, 16-10 Georgia.  Should be a blow out in Georgia's favor, but Florida showing why you keep playing.  This game should be over, but weâ€ll see if Georgia barely hangs on now

Georgia answers as I was typing.  22-10 Georgia, and now lining up for a 2 point conversion attempt

Edit:  they get the 2 pointer.  24-10 Georgia with what, about 9-10 min to go

They will jump Oregon in standings, deservedly so

That loss @home to SCe looks way worse...

Unfortunately, even losses late in the season don't affect SEC teams.

Bama/Lsu/UGA winner
Clemson
tOSU
Bama/Lsu loser

I watched with a friend. We both said no catch. Good win for Georgia. I was thinking Georgia would win between 14-17 points. I dont see Florida as being that good and after seeing ND the past couple weeks, Iâ€m thinking big Georgia hangs on and wins the East, the West will embarrass them in the championship game. Something just not right with Georgia this year.

I didn't think he had control of the ball when the nose hit the ground.......but that was my viewpoint.

Georgia is uber talented. Kirby Smart may just be Marc Richt 2.0.

Maybe Iâ€ll Watch it again at full speed.  I initially thought it was a catch anyway, but When it was broke down frame by frame I really thought it was a catch.  I kept wondering what Danielson was looking at, but maybe I missed something.
