This morning is the first I've seen of this story...anyone else? Does anyone doubt if this were a Republican it would be top news on most every outlet in the country?
Sleeping with a staff member (let alone two of them) is a HUGE ethics violation, even more so for someone who sits on Oversight committee.
Sounds like her husband is pissed.

We have some really ####ed up people within our govt. That hair brushing photo seemed more disturbing than anything else. One fully clothed, one totally in the buff. Ooookaaaayyy.

She flipped a once GOP district in 2018 that is probably going to be Democrat now thanks to Hispanics. Probably will get reelected next year. Adios America.

Whatever the case, sounds like the husband had a sweet set-up going.  
I did get a chuckle out of the staffer and the husband feeling as though she was ignoring them. Of course later to find out she was "cheating on them." That should have been obvious to anyone, but hey, you know what they say... it's always the other 2/3 of the relationship that's always the last to know.

A bit interesting to me they named the male staffer but not the female staffer.
House ethics rules are very clear about this...and I have zero confidence anything will end up happening aside from this getting swept under a rug

Just like everything else that they do, even if it's unethical, it won't be brought up just swept under.

The liars in D.C. have setup a sexual harassment fund just for this occasion. The list of abusers is kept secret, the abused are silenced.

Nobody was harassed and nobody was abused, so that slush fund will remain in tact through this one.
If this was Jim Jordan's office, you couldn't get away from the story but because it's a Dem slut from CA she'll get a pass...
Still a pretty interesting story, and will definitely set a precedent for the next time one of these stories come to light
