Red River Shootout has me thinking
#1
And yes, I said shootout instead of showdown.  Sue me.

Ok, OSU and UM:  How cool would it be to see it at a neutral site where both teams wear their home unis?  I know logistically it would be tough.  The only border stadium out there would be Toledo's.  I'm guessing it would be about 50--60K too small.  So that wouldn't work.  That said, if we can't do something like OU/Texas, why not have us both wearing our home unis?  Scarlet and Gray and Maize and Blue.  Two distinctly different uniforms.  This is one tweak to the rivalry I would love to see.  I mean we've already worn non traditional uniforms in THE GAME.  How would wearing home uniforms be any sort of problem?  There's no chance of confusing 'em.

Anyway, the RRS is a cool concept.  Would love to see OSU and UM have something like that sometime down the road.

Oh yeah, OU 37  Texas 31.

I like the idea of both teams wearing home jerseys.

I like embarrassing scUM at the Big House and terrifying them at the Horseshoe too much to ever endorse a neutral site option.

I've wanted UM and OSU to both wear their home unis for years in The Game. Don't want it to be a neutral site game though as both have iconic stadiums and I like the home and away that comes with college football.

Big Grin

If Toledo had a suitable venue I think it would be awesome.  A 50/50 crowd would be a trip.  On that note, they might have to call in the National Guard to maintain order though.   Tongue

It could easily be done in their home stadia.

That's how they do it in the BY-Ute game.

51 was Woody's first year at the helm.

Dude retired making under 40k per season. Hard to believe today.
