Arrested. Now, should they be charged as adults? IF SO, they will be incarcerated in juvenile prison until 20 or 21 and bound over to adult system. IF they are tried as juveniles they will have convictions expunged.

Yes they should' be tried as adults. No question. I believe they were 16 and 17. Well old enough to know better than that.
