Maybe it makes some feel better to complain about blacks and Hispanics, but they are HERE, they exist, they are not going away magically.  We can all fantasize about some country where they don't exist in such numbers, but the USA isn't that country.

Not really the issue.  The issue is do we keep handing them money and special privileges believing that will some day make them more intelligent?  How many decades have black students sat next to white students to no effect other than to see the schools destroyed?
