Sure, but the truth wasn't going to impact Obama's election/re-election like BS memes would.

What truth is that? This article is dumb, written by left wing partisans playing word games. His records WERE sealed, sealed by Barack Hussein Obama himself. He could have released any of them, but chose not to. Why?

1. Birth certificate. He deliberately withheld this to very late because it was a political weapon he could use to his advantage against the moronic crazies who pushed the issue. 
2. Transcipts. This would have been embarrassing, but not disqualifying as they undoubtedly showed he was a mediocre student, i.e., a dumbass. But we've elected mediocre students before.
3. Financial aid forms. I theorize this was the problematic item for him, as he likely claimed to be a foreign student, i.e., he scammed the system to save some money. I think had this been discovered this may have swung one, maybe both of his elections against him.

This is my best guess anyway, of course I could be wrong. But for this article to imply Obama was forthcoming about his past is disingenuous, to say the least. Not surprised pitch fell for it, but I expected more from cincy.

Probably for the same reason other Presidents, like Bush, didn't release records.

Obama did not seal anything, that was my point.

He didn't release a lot of stuff, but that isn't unusual for Presidents either.

The phrase "Obama sealed his records" suggests Obama DID something actively, which is incorrect.

I think Trump will lose this tax record thing in court.  His logic is not valid in my view.

Like I said, when you use the phrase makes excuses it implies that you have an issue with it.

I think presidents should have to release anything that would directly impact their eligibility to to run for president. Beyond that, they don't have to release anything and voters can take that into consideration however they like.
