DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. - The FOX 5 I-Team reveals a field drug test kit popular among law enforcement officers actually turned out to be wrong more than 140 times across our state.

Totally irrelevant. If someone pleads guilty why would you assume the field test failed?

You think it's legal to present counterfeit drugs for sale?
Nope and he wasn't doing that when he was stopped.
He pled guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
He allegedly did that to get out of jail. Also, a person can't just declare themselves guilty of a crime. There still has to be evidence. Again, either the cops lied about testing the substance or, as is common knowledge, the tests used in the field are garbage and a guy was wrongly jailed. Either way, the justice system failed.
He pled guilty in order to swap a few days in jail with 15yrs in prison...

Pitch, I don't simply discount all your points against cops and/or the justice system (it's not an all or nothing deal). That said, choose your horse wisely. Get off this one, it's a loser. The guy was likely trying to pass the stuff off as dope. He got arrested for it. Likely plead out to get out of jail, and then in the end the system worked. Test came back negative. Â
Pick another horse.

Not irrelevant at all. He was wrongly put in jail because the government knowingly uses garbage field drug tests. Then, he was allowed to plea guilty to a crime he didn't commit because the process is horrible.

He shouldn't have been in jail in the first place. People aren't put in jail for riding a bike with no lights, and carrying powdered milk in a coffee can, in our country.

I'm happy to learn I shouldn't go to jail for carrying powdered milk in a coffee can. It was really cramping my lifestyle avoiding that particular activity. I had been carrying my powdered milk in a mason jar to avoid being arrested.

I mean what kind of country do we have where citizens can't convey their powdered milk supplies about in the receptacle of their choice?

I already have and any rational person would see it.

No, you haven't. Again, there was no evidence that he had ever tried to pass off powdered milk as coke and at the time he was stopped, he was not trying to do so. The government used a knowingly flawed drug test to put an innocent person in jail for possessing something he didn't actually possess and then allowed him to plea guilty to a crime he didn't commit to get out of jail when he shouldn't have been in there in the first place.
Is there something in that sentence that you believe is untrue?

Is there something in that sentence that you believe in untrue? I have already debunked your fake outrage story. Your game is to ignore what's already been said and then demand more responses. That is how you keep these worthless threads going endlessly.

You haven't debunked anything. So, again, is there something in this statement that you believe is untrue?
