You know what I think but they have to give the appearance they are doing something.  Look at it this way.  With all that we already know and that several books have been written about and even official criminal referrals made by both Congress and the IG, and yet there is still no grand jury, no real prosecutor, no subpoenas, no indictments, etc. etc.?  They won't even call it an investigation, just like Lynch did with Hillary.  How can that be?

It seems to be election fodder...

Some think Brennan sounds nervous... I have no opinion on whether he seems nervous. Interesting how many interviews he has recently given.

Trump is getting frustrated that Barr is doing nothing.

Barr is a Bush crony. He is too old and loyal to change his stripes. It's puzzling why Trump keeps bringing in "swap creatures".

Not knowing these people and having to rely on the recommendations of others is the down side to being an outsider.

Does anyone have different timing here than me?

Floor vote on impeachment in December
Senate trial in January, done quickly.

Nearly down the line partisan votes on both.

Some Democrats in the House from districts Trump won may have to be pressured, and perhaps Pelosi will let a handful vote no.  One or two Reps may vote yes.

I see the same in the Senate, maybe 1-2 Reps vote guilty and 1-2 Dems vote NG.

McConnell can of course count noses before the trial phase starts and will know how to manage this.

This is where we find out just how "principled" the Never Trumpers really are.  There's nothing here Mr Romney, Sasse and Mizz Collins.  We'll be closely watching your votes.

The way the Dems are now behaving and we have people still, STILL, rolling their eyes at the future prospect of some sort of civil war, secession movement, etc...  This is dangerous ***** going on right now.  Inventing crimes.  Ushering in show trials, etc...  We are pushing the envelope with this insanity.  All hell is breaking loose in our govt.  We're gonna have a parade of "whistle blowers" now come forward.  If Trump wins re-election will this ever end?  If he loses, do the Dems actually think they won't face AGGRESSIVE opposition now?  And that's putting it mildly.

An ugly precedent was set here.  All put forth to cover the azzez of prominent politicians and deep state folk.  Also done via the one party rule mindset ushered in by the telephone pole stapler.  History will one day do a number on that jackass and his loveley minions.  Don't worry, Ma won't skate either.

The people who will be writing our history in the near future will make Obama into the savior of America.

Only if they win.  This is where every day Americans need to start engaging.  Turn off the Kardashians, put down the remote, drop the bag of chips and start paying attention to what is happening to your country, because one day you will be affected by this *****.  Oh yes middle America, that day is coming.  So wipe the damn Cheeto and Dorito debris off your fingers and get your ***** together.

They have already won Scar.  The wheels are in motion and can't be put in reverse.  The cancer of 3rd world immigration is killing us from within.  The only variable is time.

It's rather interesting to review the programs Obama's said he was for as compared with the programs being advanced by most current Democratic candidates.

As I've noted before, Obama would be a decided "moderate" in this race (this presumes he didn't veer left also, which would be likely).

Obama wanted modestly higher taxes, Obamacare of course, some infrastructure stuff, slightly reduced defense spending.

Obama's "moderate" legislative proposals were based on what he thought he could pass.  His true beliefs based on his Marxist, black nationalist ideology were more reflected in how he ran the government as the chief executive.  Obama laid the ground work for the radical ideas you now see in the Democratic Party.  He is no moderate.
