Good question.
How many coaches have made the successful transition from coaching college to the NFL. Off the top of my head...
Jimmy Johnson
Tom Coughlin
Jim Harbaugh
Bobby Ross
Pete Carroll (after failing in New England and New York)
Barry Switzer (maybe)
Pretty limited.
I'm sure there is more and I have no clue how many coaches tried to coach in the NFL...
John McKay did from USC to Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  Really didn't win much.  Lost every game one year. Add John Robinson from USC to LA Rams.

Our ratings are fluid and I think there might be a big shake up following tonight's games.

Auburn and Oklahoma both putting up impressive numbers today and looking to move up.

Herby with his first act of homerism in his entire broadcasting career. Earlier I think I heard him say he currently has us as number 1. Â
I would say we are definitely 3 or, at worst, 4. Number 1 without a real test so far is a bit much. On that note, I thought tonight would be a test. Guess not.

Started off as a week that most thought would be uneventful for our rankings but the games today wound up much different than anticipated. As I said, our panel of experts and exclusive algorithms look toward the future with our ratings. No politics. No bull crap.  As it stands tonight, we see it this way.
1. Alabama
2. Ohio State
3. Georgia
4. Clemson
We will return next week . Â

Jalen Hurts looking impressive. I mean at Alabama he looked like a runner that would occasionally throw. At OU he looks like a real QB. Congrats to him so far.
