Giuliani is on video saying that he asked for an investigation into Hunter Biden. What are you trying to dispute? The date that he asked for the investigation? He was quoted stating, in May of 2019, why he decided to cancel his trip. I'm not sure what exactly you are taking issue with here.

Using the IRS to target people who were innocent doesn't seem to be the same as using the office of president to stop corruption in another nation to me.  If I were Trump I'd want Biden to get the nomination.
