Law enforcement officers give no reason for traffic stops approximately 2.1 percent of the time. The most likely outcome of those stops is that police take no action (35.4 percent).

Which is what happened to me when I was 17. When I asked the cop why he pulled me over, at the very end of the stop, he made up some absolute bullshit.

Not hate. A very healthy distrust.  SOME Cops  are not your friend.
