Airlines hiring mechanics with muslim names is really stupid

Not a failure at all.  Just because there might not be examples of deaths from Muslim mechanics working on airliners, that doesn't mean there isn't a substantial risk of allowing them to do so.  You are failure for equating Muslims, many of whom support terrorism based on their insane religion, to white males.  Without white males, there would be no airlines, no air travel, and no jetliners to begin with.

How many true mass shooting would there be without white males?

Considering your definition of "true mass shooting" is limited to white males, regardless of all the mass shootings by Muslims, blacks, Asians, etc I guess the answer you are looking for is zero.  

It's not limited to white males.  It's just a fact that the largest majority of true mass shootings are committed by whites.  If a white person was involved in gang violence shooting, I wouldn't count that as a "mass shooting".

So basically you define terms the way you want to arrive at the conclusion you desire.  Sounds about right.

It is a fact that white males tend to use AR's for mass shooting .  It's a fact that Muslims are tied to anti-US violence and terrorism.  If we have an established trend, why not address ALL of them.

So does the FBI.  According to the FBI, there were HUNDREDS of "mass shootings" last year.  Were there really hundreds of mass shootings last year?  Not by most people's definition of a mass shooting, but any time a thug gang member does a drive by on someone backyard bbq, and 4 people are injured or killed, it's registered as a "mass shooting".

Correction: the Congressional Research Center doesn't include gang activity in their totals.

According to that logic, all males should be locked up on their 18th birthday and released on their 45th birthday.

I have never said they should be prevented from doing anything. I'm not advocating a law of any kind.  What I've asked (no fewer than 5 times) is IF you support airlines not hiring mechanics with Muslims name, because we know that some Muslims are terrorists, then why not support gun shops not selling AR's to young white men?
