Nah, he's gone for several months.  He does it whenever I edit a post for poor taste in attacking black people.  I can agree with some of what he maintains but not all of it.

I like the gist of the dress code, but it is a little too on the nose for this day and age.

The best way to steer the thug element away from your restaurant is to simply not carry items that black people like to eat.

At McDonalds, for example, the vast majority of their black customers order a McChicken extra value meal with an Orange Hi-C as the drink. The only reason that they keep either of those two items on the menu is for black people. Otherwise they wouldn't go there.

If they removed those items from their menu, they'd automatically eliminate about 95% of their black customer base. Same exact results, only done in a subtle manner, without the appearance of waycism.
