Seriously, how can anyone NOT support this POS being put to death?

I'm fine with the concept of the death penalty. But gummint and gummint lawyers are too corrupt and incompetent to be entrusted with the death penalty. They'll execute innocent people. It isn't reasonable to entrust incompetent dishonest morons with people's lives in that way. At least a prison sentence can be vacated at some point if we find the fools screwed up or deliberately railroaded someone.

Sometimes you get the bull and sometimes the bull gets you is all I can say over the chance someone is innocent.  What's the chance you are ever tried for murder?  Or me or your friends.  Can you think of one person you know that could be innocent and was executed.  I can't think of any.  The chances are very, very VERY small.  And while we worry over that slight chance a big fat POS is kept alive after he brutally tortured small children...

99.8% of the the population will never “need” the 1st, 2nd, 4th,etc. amendments in the sense of having a court case where the violation thereof is an actual issue. This.  You do the crime, you pay the price.  20-25 year postponements between crime and punishment is BS.  I do require indisputable proof of murder though before I would hand out a death sentence.  But once it is determined then the sentence is carried out forthwith.

Of course they do. You put people in jail not to punish them but to segregate them. Empty the prisons and guess what would happen to crime rates. We need more prisons and more people in them. Keep them at least through their breeding years as well. Most crimes are committed by a small proportion of the population. You identify them and keep them away from decent people and life is better.
