LEAs stop the illegal selling of weed. No need to have a garbage bag of weed or 5lbs in 1lb-vacuum-packed blocks.
LEAs also stop the illegal selling of alcohol and cigarettes.
Right. Bourbon is legal so there's no meaningful black market for it or any other alcohol. There's no wasted jail space for people possessing it... because it's legal. There's no true issue with possessing 5lb of weed any more than there is possessing 5 bottles of Jack, but because of the government, suddenly we put people in cages for possessing a plant.
See the BOLD sentence. You have to be guessing because now you're spouting nonsense. You are woefully misinformed. There is a significant black market for alcohol as there is a significant black market for cigarettes. Then, you you rise to new heights of ignorance equating 5 bottles of alcohol to 5lbs of weed. They are not the same. Not even close.
STOP RESISTING!
Link?
Until medical marijuana was legalized, 100% of the marijuana market was illegal/black market. I'd love for you to provide a link supporting your assertion that there's a significant black market, in the US, for alcohol particularly when compared to the legal alcohol market.

Why the massive black market trade in cigarettes affects affects you even if you don't smoke... https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk...edirect=on
Jun 25, 2014 · The global black market in tobacco is estimated to supply 11.6% of the worldâ€s consumption, a startling 650 billion cigarettes a year. And there are two components to this market that have drawn the particular scrutiny of law enforcement: fake cigarettes and tax avoidance.

Clearly my concern is the US, not the world.
You want to define "massive black market"?
There are huge black markets for alcohol and cigarettes... it's common knowledge.

I would measure compared to legal sales.  What constitutes massive, significant or meaningful? I don't know, but I've never seen or heard anything that describes the market in any of those ways. As the government continues to unnecessarily tax cigarettes, you'll see increases in illegal sales in border/large cities, but it's nothing compared to weed...because weed is illegal.

Aside from the resale of stolen liquor, the only black markets for alcohol in the US are on Indian reservations and Eskimo villages. FWIW, I saw an Intervention episode on a Blackfoot Rez in Montana, and the Indians were like “There are no alcoholics on the Rez anymore, everyone switched to meth.â€

That's just not true. People buy moonshine all the time. I've had it before, I'm sure you have too. I guess you don't consider that a black market. Yes, there are plenty of alcoholics on reservations, used to see them whenever I went to the casino on the Chippewa reservation.

The examiner brings up some pretty basic questions that should already be answered. Says evidence points to strangulation, not suicide. etc, etc, etc...

Bumping this since Maize got the other Epstein thread up. I thought the interview with the medical examiner would stir up some chatter---in either direction. There could be perfectly legit reasons for all the odd stuff that went down, but it sure would be nice to see the ***** actually looked into.

My bad, I would have bumped this thread instead. I used the search function and found the other one. Maybe Zig can merge.

It is weird though how stuff goes down and we all speculate, and then... it all just disappears. Thanks Trump. Â

Nah it's fine. You just gave me a reason to bump that video up.   How do injuries more consistent with strangulation lead to such a swift conclusion of suicide?

Yeah, I said that from the beginning and I'm no expert. Once I heard the hyoid bone was broken I came to that conclusion. If you ever took Criminalistics, A&P or have watched enough Forensic Files (I'm a fan lol) you would know this. All of the other weird stuff like the cameras going out, guards sleeping, etc. was just the icing on the cake.
