You can say “he didnâ€t say that abortion is the answer to pop control” but that has been an influence since Margaret Sanger. The progressives have adopted an evil ideology.......and this is your party. How long will you support them?
Youâ€re a dense one, arenâ€t you?  Iâ€ve told you for years I have no party affiliation. Iâ€m a liberal. The Dems arenâ€t liberal. The pubs arenâ€t conservative. Iâ€ve heard you say that many times. Have I ever labeled you a republican.  Or better yet, do you agree with everything the republicans say or do? There are things republicans say they are for that I agree with. There are things that Dems say they are for that I agree with. This topic is one of them - the right of an individual to control what goes on with their own body.
At times I am a dense one. Interesting that you create distance with the party and then bring it back together at the end by supporting abortion
I am too.
Bring it back together?  That I think itâ€s none of my business what people choose to do with their bodies doesnâ€t make me a democrat. I believe in personal responsibility. I also believe in giving people the knowledge required to exercise personal choices in an educated manner.  Btw, I know some republican women that are pro choice. I know some catholic Dems that are not pro choice. There are nuances to the positions of many people.

Dynamite drop in, cotton.

If i think about it, thatâ€s who really should get free birth control with extra helpings of reproductive education.

The left came up with "my body, my right" burfle because women are lazy. Yes, lazy. A zillion forms of birth control and they never seem to find time to access it. No birth control, no sex. Women control 100% of creation and reproduction choice. Then they came up with 'it's not a baby, it's a fetus' because another body is involved. When partial birth abortion is legalized by non democrat judges - looking at you Justice Roberts - the new claim will be "it's not a person until 100% out of the woman's body" followed by post-birth abortion where the left will say "it's my dna, so I have a say". Laugh if you like, but it will be happening.

One of my uncles was a dyed in the wool Dem.  I mean hard core.  He was a kid during the GD and was all aboard the FDR train.  Also Catholic to the MAX.  Yet voted Dem til the day he passed, which was just a couple years ago.  Loved the guy, but we would always go at it.

Brainwashed. His generation equates the word democrat with democracy.

Is Roberts the least qualified guy from a leadership perspective or what?  It's like he comes up with decisions so people will like him or something.

Anyway to your point, when we have libs applauding the abortion bill signed into law in NY?  Yeah, we are just a few small tweaks away from what you say coming into the national conversation.

As technology shows more and more that it's a person and also viable much earlier than thought?  The harder and more extreme the left pushes for more radical positions on abortion.  Again, it's all about the abortion industry being a money laundering operation for the DNC.  No matter how it's spun, those people are putting campaign donations above human life.

As a dude, I learned a loooooong time ago that I have absolutely no rights in regards to creation and reproduction. I was told I have no say. Ok. I've simply walked away from the entire game. Simple. I had an ex tell me I was a barbarian because I did not believe in abortion. Yea, you think it's ok to butcher an unborn but I'm the barbarian. She was dropped off at her place and I pulled a 'Lot' never looked back.

Lol.  It's like Alice in Wonderland.

Probably a good 25+ years ago I was in my early 20s and got into an abortion argument with some gal I worked with.  Anyway, I was pushing the adoption angle.  Her response?  Buckle up for this one.  "...I just don't think I could take knowing that I had a child out there somewhere whose life I was not a part of..."  [Image: Em_facepalm.gif]  Soooooooo...  you would rather kill it?

Absolutely, mind-numbingly SURREAL.

I am fine with not funding abortions in third world countries.  What I am not fine with is continuing to send food, money and health care assistance that enables them to continue to multiply with no ability to sustain themselves without more assistance from us.  That is insane.

Yea, women tend to say some stupid stuff when trying to defend murder. With all the birth control options available they still get pregnant. Why? Because they are lazy. They have all the say but want none of the responsibility.

Then some women go the double route of not only getting an abortion but claiming she was sexually harassed and getting the guy in trouble. Not bad for having all of the control and none of the responsibilities.
