I found it odd that she wants out of all these regime change conflicts, but then bashed Trump for the current Syria/Turkey/Kurd situation.  

I want Gabbard to win the nomination not because I think she is a layup; I want her to be the nominee in case Trump actually loses.  She is the least dangerous in comparison to that field of absolute lunatics.

If she by some act of God wound up with the Democrat nomination, you would see one of the other Democrats run as a third party and get more votes than her.  Bottom line is the Democratic Party is functionally a socialist party now and most Democrats would never support Gabbard even though she is a liberal since they can almost taste socialism now.

20 years ago she would've been considered hard left.  

Outside of the childish climate change nonsense she is in lockstep with, I could almost tolerate a Gabbard presidency because I know she would NOT spy on her opposition or use the IRS to intimidate and harass those that disagree with her.  i.e.  She does NOT want to "fundamentally transform" the United States of America.

Never trust a so called moderate Democrat either.  Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton were called that and both did great damage to the country in various ways.  Gabbard looks good compared to the others but I guarantee as President the rest of the party would quickly move her to the Left.

This is the best thing that could happen to Gabbard's campaign-the corporatist tool Ds-ie-the Clinton Foundation/machine-turned on one of their "own"-a fellow D-Gabbard is actually a straight shooter. i wouldn't vote for Gabbard, but I wouldn't be ashamed to have her as president either. It will be interesting to see what Biden says about this........
