Radical immigration idea

What if we created a program wherein MILLIONS of migrants were put to work on public works projects, working in the military, hospitals, prisons, schools, etc., etc. etc.  We provide them with basic housing in a boot-camp style environment along with food and medical care.  While working for us, they take English classes and learn a skill(s).  Two years later, they will be granted FULL citizenship.  

How about it?  

On another note, Trump advocating for such a program would be the Democrat's WORST nightmare, along with BLEXIT.

I would prefer we do this with our current crop of welfare recipients......

My fear is that it would generate a huge overhead, managers and what not, that would be expensive. And of course a person with no construction skills would be of little use until they were taught.

And women and children would die and starve and drown. They would be like slave labor camps the Nazis had.

My last comments obviously are about how some would perceive such a thing, having to "work" to get ahead.
