Peterson, 56, was arrested in Broward County on seven counts of neglect of a child, three counts of culpable negligence, and one count of perjury.  The arrest comes after a 15-month investigation into the actions of law enforcement after the Feb. 14, 2018 shooting at the school that killed 17 students and staffers and left 17 others injured. Peterson was the school resource officer at MSD High School during the shooting, "... I would really like to know why he was telling other officers arriving on the scene to stay back.  Something aint adding up here.  My hunch is that he was carrying out an order or a long standing department procedure of some sort.  This just doesn't make any sense.  

As for Cuomo?  Chris, THAT's HIS JOB.  He's supposed to serve and protect.  In fact he was specifically stationed at that school.  If I'm getting my azz shot at, the last thing I want is to call 9-11 and later find out the cops were waiting outside while I was getting things cleared up inside.  In short, is he for real with this?

SCOTUS ruled LE does not have to protect anybody. It's not their job.

In this incident the dude either was told to stand down or he simply wasn't going to risk being shot with his 30 years pension sitting in front of him.

I would not want these types of dudes going door to door on my behalf.
