Have you ever thought about this?  Human emotions are very powerful.  They are often without good rationale reasoning.  You see something you want and you can easily find 100 reasons why you need it and itâ€s practical.
Two emotions that I think affects voters are fear and hope.  Fear can really be irrational.  Itâ€s like jumping out of a plane with a parachute is probably as safe as a walk through the park.  But im hear to tell you the Only way I would parachute is to be knocked out and pushed out.
Then there is Hope.  When things are really bad, itâ€s often hope that keeps you going. Â
Now likes talk about voting.  The Dems have done a marvelous job creating fear.  If you vote for the Republican, you might get laid off, wages will go down,  you wonâ€t be able to get healthcare, your public housing will get worse and youâ€re going to be eating ***** pies for dinner.
And if you vote for the Dem, there will be new jobs, higher paying, better access to healthcare, new public housing projects, better schools and teachers.
So election after election the black man is afraid of what will happen if he votes Republican and hopeful even given the 100 year history of failure that someday there will be a black Messiah running for Mayor, Governor or President.  Isnâ€t it insane to do the same thing over and over and expecting a different result?
