I recall the report was they shot AT one of our recon drones, not that they shot it down.

At some point - perhaps if anything else goes down - I expect we will take out some of their "fast boats".

The US has had some conflict with Iran before several times, it usually comprises some sinkage or attacks on offshore oil facilities.

Iran fired at a drone but their proxies the Houthis did shoot down a drone. That's a war zone though.

I expect we'll hit some of their boats and that will settle it for a time. I hope it doesn't get any worse.

The Iranians apparently have Silkworm Antiship missiles around the Straits. They have not as yet resorted to any obvious use of force that is clearly their doing.

In the "deal", Iran got:

1.  Release of frozen assets, and
2.  Relief from sanctions.
3.  They also were not limited with respect to missile testing.

Now, if they had a nuclear weapons program, the inspectors never found it, so it's still extant, and covert.  If they did NOT have one, the "deal" could not obstruct what does not exist, so that part is useless (and only limited them for a few years anyway).

They got a lot, the US got nearly nothing.  

But, the money is already in their hands.

So Iran shot down a drone Thursday, June 20th.  Isn't this the second in less than a week?  What is Trump waiting for?  It's way past time to start hitting back.  I hope he's not turning into Obama.

Another thought is that the Iranians might like to start a conflict that might unseat Trump in the 20' election.  

We should hit their SAM systems and it needs to be damn soon.
