You Get Fired Just For Saying This....
#1
“Weâ€ve had three female, African-American mayors in a row,” Bubala said in setting up her question. “They were all passionate public servants. Two resigned, though. Is this a signal that a different kind of leadership is needed to move Baltimore City forward?”

She's been an anchorwoman there for 15 years

Baltimore Association of Black Journalists (BABJ) called her statement racist and sexist, so without further adieu...you're fired.

Sadly I remember them both.

First was the foxy black chick that had to resign after the riots over her comment about giving space to the looters.

.

Then there was the not so foxy black chick that looked like Maxine Waters after a five year bender.

Meh.  I mean I do not see it as something she should be fired for but it is dumb.  I mean if the potus failed a few times in a row I guess saying they need a change from a white male to go in a different direction was not something we would support being said.

I mean I think it is dumb when people say you have to have a female potus or a person of color as potus.  Now the hypocrisy is that is all the left says

I was just in Lusaka and Harare both are better off than Baltimore.

I myself didn't see the wrong. Baltimore elected 3 women for mayors, 2 have resigned, all she said was is this a signal regarding leadership. You could say not really just had a bad streak, or no, or maybe agree. No slam on any race or sex. Just depends how you read into something I guess. If she would have said lets get another black women in here, nothing would have been said.

By asking the question you're implying that's there's some issue with black women that makes them unable to run a city. Clearly any intelligent person would realize that has nothing to do with their sex or color, it has to do with them as a person.  I would bet a lot of money that Condoleezza Rice would have no problem being mayor of any City.

No implication of black women not capable of running a city, she is questioning their leadership. She admitted that they were passionate public servants even.  Condi Rice can very well run a city.

So you support the anchorwoman being fired then?

Being black and female wasn't their problem, being "progressive" was.

Being stupid was the main reason. The women mentioned don't have the capacity to head a city. I saw this type of leadership in line unit type schools while in the military. The person who had no qualifications would threaten discipline as a form of leadership. Leaders rarely discipline. When they do it's usually the last resort. That's a sign to look for when around anybody in a leadership role.

"Their leadership" = the leadership of black women because that's what was specified.
