“I read an article in the paper that mentioned Glenn Simpson. And I remembered because he had been a Wall Street Journal reporter working on things like Russian crime and corruption, so I recognized the name. I was underemployed at that time and I was looking for opportunities.” Nellie Ohr via congressional testimony

According to a transcript of an Oct. 19, 2018, closed-door testimony... Ohr acknowledged to congressional investigators that she worked as an independent contractor for “various agencies in the United States Government.” Ohr testified that she worked for the CIA’s Open Source Works (OSW) division. She also revealed that prior to her work for the CIA, she worked for Mitre, which is funded by the U.S. government and interacts with various intelligence agencies.

Of greater interest was Ohr’s employment as an independent contractor for OSW, the CIA’s internal open-source division. The CIA describes OSW as a division that uses open-source information to produce intelligence products. “[Open Source Works] was charged by the Director for Intelligence with drawing on language-trained analysts to mine open-source information for new or alternative insights on intelligence issues,” states an unclassified Nov. 16, 2010, CIA report, headlined “Russia: Security Concerns About Iran’s Space Program Growing.”

Nellie Ohr testified she was "underemployed and looking for opportunities." Appears Nellie Ohr approached Glenn Simpson for a job.
We have been told she performed oppo research on Trump while at Fusion GPS.
This is distinctly different from Glenn Simpson seeking her out.

Nellie Ohr testified she worked for various 3rd party contractors "doing work in support of U.S. Government.”
The FISA court ruling confirmed that FBI "3rd party contractors" removed raw FISA data from the FBI/NSA database.
Nellie Ohr's Ham radio license corresponds to the timeline... https://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/LicArch...ey=3815075
1. HRC campaign hiring Fusion GPA.
2. Nellie Ohr joining Fusion GPS.
3. NSA Dir. Rogers discovering the FISA abuse and shutting down 3rd party contractor access to the FISA database.

Nothing has caused me to waver from... The Steele Dossier was the work of Nellie Ohr and possibly Bruce Ohr, not Steele. Nellie Ohr approached Fusion for the purpose of laundering the info she gathered while employed as a 3rd party contractor into a legitimate intelligent product, aka the Steele Dossier. The FBI gave 3rd party contractors access to FBI FISA database where raw FISA data was removed from the SCIF. The Ohr's didn't go off the reservation on a personal mission, they were recruited (or volunteered) to perform a specific function. The Title I FISA warrant was the "insurance policy" if the DOJ/FBI had to explain how they possessed such information about Trump.

The 99 page FISC ruling... https://www.dni.gov/files/documents/icot...r_2017.pdf

The ruling exposed the FISA 702 "about query" abuse by the US govt, specifically FBI 3rd party contractors.

"From Nov 1, 2015 to May 1, 2016... the NSA claimed 85% of those [FISA about query] searches were not compliant with applicable [laws]."

The DOJ/FBI were illegally searching Americans [no one knows exactly how long this was going on]... FBI/DOJ provided 3rd party contractors access to raw FISA data and allowed those contractors to remove that raw data from the SCIF, which is illegal.

And she made sure her husband got this information to share with other Trump haters to spy on the Trump campaign.
