Well, I guess it could be a lifesaver. My aunt was in a coma and the Dr. suggested oral sex might bring her out of it. Sadly it didn’t work. Uncle came back out and said she kept choking.

I'm not sure this is an appropriate location for details. Let's just say you can easily tell the difference between someone who does it because they feel obligated to and someone who wants to do it and be good at it.
