I don't think anyone should verbally attack and threaten citizens. Especially women and being drunk didn't help his cause. Now, debating the hate crime part I can see but this woman should be able to live her life and move about as a citizen without harassment.  It's no different than the hateful libs attacking old men or really anyone wearing a MAGA hat.
